Track to Excellence began as a natural next step in Gene Xcellence’s mission to guide middle and high school students toward clearer futures. As we worked with hundreds of students across the Upstate of South Carolina, it became clear that many lacked structured support in understanding their strengths, exploring career pathways, and planning for life after graduation.

 

Track to Excellence was created to fill that gap — giving students a guided, accessible, and confidence‑building roadmap to discover who they are, what they want to become, and how to get there.
